post market wrap up

August 8, 2010

Phew! The rabbit and the duck have returned from 3 very full and very long days at Magnolia Square. I was lucky to have some wonderful stall neighbours, who were lovely enough to do coffee runs, watch each others stalls for bathroom breaks, and share lots of chocolate treats with. Special thanks to Pia and Philippa who helped to pull apart my annoyingly large and heavy IKEA bookcase at the end of the 3 days. I am forever grateful!

Some snaps from the event:

Handcrafted resin bangles by Milkwood Design.

Cute softies from Evie Lala.

More softies, this time from Clucky.

Gorgeous hand knitted beanies by Pia Handmade.

And our stall! A bit of a different layout to our regular market set up, it was fun having a mini-shop for the duration of the event.

For those who weren't able to make it along to Magnolia Square, we are doing it all again this Saturday at the Sisters Market in Brunswick Town Hall on Sydney Road. Pop by and say hello - the market is open from 10am-4pm.

  1. Lovely photos! Good neighbors maketh the market...thanks : )

  2. new layout looks fantastic - am glad you went well at the market

  3. It was kinda fun, there was lots of beautiful wares, lovely stallholders, and a chance to do something other than sew in your jammies!

  4. Interesting setup! Very pro. Did you have a spot to sit down or did you have to hover for three days?
